All graphics by E-Lioness Designs are linkware. What is linkware?

Linkware means you may borrow my graphics to use on your personal/family website in exchange for a link at the bottom of your pages, which links back to: http://www.elioness.com. This way I am getting credit for my work, and you are getting something worth hundreds of dollars 'almost free'.

Designs by E-Lioness are originals. Most of them were made from photographs taken during my travels, or computer generated with various graphics programs.

Everything on this site is copywrited and remains the property of Marilyn Weil and E-Lioness Designs. They are offered AS IS. I cannot provide assistance with graphic techniques. This is a time-consuming hobby - I do not do custom work.

Terms of Use:

You are responsible for:

• Saving each graphic element to the hard drive on your computer.
• Assembling the graphics into your web pages.
• Adding text to blank buttons, if desired.
• Uploading those pages onto your own server.
• Adding and maintaining a link at the bottom of your pages which links back to E-Lioness Designs.
• Notifying me of the site where my designs are used. (I'd like to visit my babies.)

Restrictions:

• You cannot use my graphics or themes on anything other than personal or family websites. This means NO businesses of any kind, including 'non-profits'. This also means no sites that advertise anything, or contains pop-up ads.
• My designs are NOT to be used on any site that promotes violence or pornography, or anything else which I judge objectionable.
• Don't mix and match graphics between sets. (They will look terrible.)
• Do not modify, resell or redistribute any of my graphics or images. Otherwise, don't steal the graphics that I have worked hard to create.
• You must not falsely represent my designs to be the work of anyone else. That's pirating.
• You may not use any of the graphic elements which make up the E-Lioness page designs.
• All web pages using my designs must use English as the primary language.
• Do not link any graphics directly to my server from your site.
